| Q1. What is the minimum number of shirts I can order? Our minimum order for screenprinting is twelve (12) shirts with the same imprint. We have many shirt brands and colors to choose from Q2. Is there a setup charge? Yes, charges vary depending upon shirt quantity ordered Q3. Do I need to have "print ready" artwork? Can you help me with artwork? We can create artwork for you, we specialize in turning hand drawn artwork into some great looking prints but can work with most art. If you are not graphically trained ask us how to create art. We usually use Adobe Illustrator to create t-shirt artwork. Q4. Will it cost more to print front and back? Yes, only one side of a shirt can be printed at one time Q5. If I use more than one color of ink, will it cost more? Yes, each color in a design will need its own screen so set up and printing take longer. Q6. How long will it take to print my shirts? We prefer to have 1-2 weeks but often have orders ready sooner. Q7. How easy is it to get an estimate of how much my order will cost? Easy, just complete the on line quote form and email it to us attaching any art files you have created. We will contact you to clarify everything and supply you with an accurate price quote. Q8. How can I place an order for shirts? You may call or use our easy custom T-Shirt Order Form. Q9. Can I change an order after it's been placed? It can be changed up to 24 hours before we go to press, you may, however, incur re-stocking fees and price per shirt may also change if total order quantity is altered. Q10. Can I have my shirts delivered? How much are delivery charges? Delivery can be arranged. We use the least expensive method to get shirts to you on time. Courier, UPS Ground, etc. If requested, cost of delivery will quoted when order is confirmed. Q11. How can I pay for my order? We require a 50% deposit when your order is taken. We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard & AmEx as well as checks and cash. We will also accept official purchase orders and net terms from Churchs, Schools Government Institutions and Large Corporations. |
